The License Control screen shows the number of lines processed per month. The count of these rows is made up of the sum of rows imported and duplicated in the current month, excluding imports with a status of Canceled, Canceled and with Error.

Imports from data sources made in the current month that have the Expurgated status are also counted, as these lines were imported for use in data preparation flows, consuming imported lines. The Expurgated status of stages in the data preparation process is not counted.

Lines from files that have been imported via a data sample for the configuration of a Data Preparation, when the file is exchanged for another, for example, are not taken into account.

This count of imported lines includes imports made using layouts such as: Excel, TXT, CSV, XML, OFX, API, External Database and PDF.

I'll go a little deeper into the functional aspect by showing you some examples:

Example 1
I imported a 500-line file on the date 24/10
Result: The sum is 500 lines

Example 2
I imported a 200-line file on 24/10
I imported a second file with 250 lines on the same date, 24/10.
Result: The sum will be 250 lines, with the cancellation of the previous import (if this rule is active and there is no “increment” of data).

Example 3
I imported a 600-line file on October 23rd
I then imported a second file with 350 rows on 24/10.
Result: Sum will be 950 rows

Example 4
I performed 3 imports in the same process with the same 100 lines on three different dates:
Import of a 100-line file on 10/22
Import of a 100-line file on 23/10
Import of a 100-line file on 24/10
Result: Sum will be 300 rows

Example 5
I made an import on 23/10 where the reference date entered was 01/08/2024. The number of lines imported from this file is counted in the month the file was imported, i.e. October.

Example 6
I imported a 200-line file on the reference date 24/10. I canceled this import and reimported the same 200-line file.
Result: The count of imported lines subtracts 200 lines, because it doesn't take canceled imports into account, and adds 200 lines from the next import only.
