Minimum number of characters

Minimum number of different characters

Informs the number of characters that must be different in a password.
- Example: If the minimum number of characters in the password is 3 and the minimum number of different characters is 1 :
  - AAA password would be invalid
  - AAB password would be valid
Recommended: 1

Number of days for password to expire

Informs the number of validity days for a password to expire from the last password change.
Recommended: 90 days

Number of previous passwords that cannot be used

Informs the number of previous prohibited passwords so that the user does not re-use them.
Recommended: 3

Maximum number of attempts before blocking

Informs the number of wrong login attempts allowed until the system blocks user access.
Recommended: 3

Require uppercase characters

Optional checkbox that informs the mandatory use of uppercase characters when defining the user's personal password.
